In this tutorial we will show you how to verify your email address in Jivo.
In order to use all the features of your Jivo account, you need to confirm that your email address is up to date.
Email verification is possible through the Jivo desktop app or web version.
Until the email is verified, you will see this notification in all sections of the Jivo application:
Also in your profile settings there will be a notification:
Click on verify your email address and a code will be sent to your email address, and a form will open in the application to enter the code:
Enter the code that came to your mail there and click on Done.
Your email has now been verified and you can take full advantage of your Jivo profile.
